TIMNATH, CO – June 30, 2008 – The first series of homes are now under construction at Serratoga Falls – a new Timnath neighborhood designating more than half of its 388 acres to open space.

Annette Vizena and Matt Sorensen searched tirelessly for three months for a home. Their goal was simple:  find a well-built home close to the hospitals and clinics in Fort Collins and Loveland where the couple works.

Their search wasn’t easy.

“We looked at so many homes.” said Matt, 33, an oncologist with Cancer Center of the Rockies, who also is a golfer and runner and dabbles in fly fishing. “We didn’t want a big home. We wanted a quality-built home.”
