A Great Neighborhood
| Timnath Located on a small bluff just east of the Cache la Poudre River, this small farming community traces its history to 1869, when local homesteaders built the town’s first schoolhouse. Nearly a century and a half later, rural influences still color the canvas of this classic small town, from its historic main street to the surrounding ranches and farms. At its northern end stands Serratoga Falls, a place where a new generation of homesteaders can now stake their claim. Town of Timnath Timnath Elementary Fort Collins Fort Collins is the fifth most-populous city in Colorado, yet at its core beats the heart of a small town.
